No, our cleaners operate as independent contractors with Clean Heart Cleaning Co during the holiday season. All contractors are vetted for experience, professionalism, and reliability.

7. Do cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes. All cleaners provide their own cleaning supplies.
If you prefer your personal products used (e.g., hypoallergenic or non-toxic items), just let us know ahead of time.
8. How do payments work?
New clients pay a 50% deposit to secure their booking. Remaining balance is paid upon completion.
